There are six main types of service that are offered to clients:
IT Management covers areas such as IT Strategy, Supplier Management and Structure while Software Development encompasses all areas of application development including quality assurance, load testing, development methodologies and software architecture. The IT Operations service relates to all things production, ranging from uptime through incident & configuration management to capacity planning while IT Infrastructure relates to all IT hardware including desktops, servers, networks, firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Denial of Service as well as Databases. Project Management covers not only the various methodologies and ensure that the right one is chosen for each individual client, but also actually implementing projects (often pilot projects or those that are going off the rails). Finally, the IT Turnaround service uses an objective review of the IT department to identify what action (if any) is necessary to make the department works at its most efficient.
Each client is treated as unique with a consultant or mix of consultants especially picked to meet and exceed that client's needs.
Network Knowledge is very different from its competitors in that each of its consultants has considerable previous experience as both an IT technologist and as a senior manager.
