There are six main services provided by Network Knowledge consultants. Each service is headed by a Lead Consultant who is a specialist in that field. In addition, each Lead Consultant has previously been a senior IT manager thus ensuring a pragmatic view and an understanding of the pressures of senior IT positions. The Lead Consultant has a team of Associate Consultants that are selected according to the needs of each individual client. The Managing Consultant runs the IT Turnarounds service, drawing on expertise as necessary from across the company. The services provided are:

Although the six services can be viewed as discrete, in reality, many consults utilise components from more than one service. As a result, Lead Consultants ensure that they keep one another informed of the situation with each client, in order to provide the best possible service.
